Purpose
CYVO is the brand of Cyber Vehicle Operations LLC, my developing mobility venture. Its focus is the business and operational questions surrounding electric vehicles and the potential for autonomous transportation.
A new transport technology raises more than a question about the vehicle. It raises questions about utilization, operating costs, charging, service geography, customer experience, regulation, insurance, and the capital needed to support a reliable service. The business case depends on how those elements work together.
The work
Development involves studying the operating model, testing financial assumptions, and considering how a mobility service would function in practice. Scenario analysis is useful because demand, technology, vehicle costs, and operating conditions can change the result. A projection should show that sensitivity rather than hide it behind a single forecast.

My role and the company’s status
I am the founder of Cyber Vehicle Operations LLC. CYVO is in development. This profile does not represent that it currently operates an autonomous taxi fleet, accepts passenger bookings, or has obtained approvals for a particular service. Technology availability and the relevant permissions will affect what can be implemented.
Connection to my writing
CYVO brings together interests in technology, economics, capital allocation, and entrepreneurship. It creates a practical test of a familiar analytical problem: how to distinguish the potential of a technology from the economics of a specific business built around it.
